Stuttgart, 2 May 2013. Dr. Manfred Döss (55) has taken over as head of the legal department at Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart, as of 1 May 2013. At the same time he was appointed general representative of the company.
Döss headed the legal department of RWE AG in Essen from 2005. Prior to that, he was head of the legal department of MG Technologies AG in Frankfurt from 1996 until 2004. In Dr. Manfred Döss, Porsche SE has gained an experienced lawyer who will support and advise the company in its new function as holding company managing equity investments. In addition, he will continue the systematic and expert defense of Porsche SE in the pending complaints for damages.
The former head of the legal department of Porsche SE, Guido Peters (54), will return to the Volkswagen group to take on a management function at Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH. Under his leadership, Porsche SE achieved important stage victories before US American and German courts.
