Stuttgart, 21 January 2008. The Constitutive Meeting of the Staff Association of the Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart, took place today. Uwe Hück, the Chairman of the Groups Works Council of the Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, was elected Chairman. His Deputy is Wolfgang Schönleber, a member of the Staff Association of the Porsche AG.
Altogether 20 persons belong to the Staff Association of the Porsche Automobil Holding SE. Of these,
15 represent the Porsche AG and its German subsidiaries. Representatives of the Porsche companies in the EU countries of Austria, France, Great Britain, Italy, and Spain make up the remaining five members.
