Lutz Meschke to step down from the company’s Board of Management

Stuttgart, 9 December 2025. Lutz Meschke will conclude his service on the Board of Management of Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE) in December 2025.

“The Supervisory Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Lutz Meschke for his outstanding commitment over the past years and for his significant contribution to the successful expansion of the company’s investment management activities, as well as to the positioning of Porsche SE as a diversified investment platform,” said Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In addition to his current duties, Hans Dieter Pötsch, Chairman of the Board of Management of Porsche SE, will assume responsibility of the investment management division previously led by Meschke.

Going forward, the Board of Management of Porsche SE will comprise Hans Dieter Pötsch (Chairman of the Board of Management), Dr. Manfred Döss (Legal Affairs and Compliance), and Dr. Johannes Lattwein (Finance and IT).
