Continuity on the board of management of Porsche Automobil Holding SE
Stuttgart, 20 March 2026. The supervisory board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE (“Porsche SE”) resolved at today's meeting to extend the appointment of Hans Dieter Pötsch as chairman of the board of management for another term. His appointment will take effect on 1 January 2027 and will run for a period of five years until 31 December 2031.
“Continuity and reliability are of crucial importance in the current economic and geopolitical environment. For this reason, I am prepared to serve for another term at Porsche SE. I am convinced that the company is on a strong path, and I will continue to pursue our strategic direction with determination,” says Hans Dieter Pötsch, chairman of the board of management of Porsche SE.

The board of management of Porsche SE consists of Hans Dieter Pötsch (chairman of the board of management and investment management), Dr. Manfred Döss (legal affairs and compliance) and Dr. Johannes Lattwein (finance and IT).
