Departments

In the Investment Management department, you actively shape the development of our investment portfolio. You identify, analyse, and evaluate investments in the fields of mobility and industrial technology as well as related sectors. By managing international transaction projects, you make a significant contribution to securing the future viability and innovative strength of Porsche SE.

In the Legal department, you are the central contact for all legal matters relating to our business activities. You combine legal expertise with strategic thinking to ensure compliance in areas such as capital markets law, M&A, and corporate governance. Through your guidance, you enable entrepreneurial flexibility and establish the foundation for sustainable corporate success.

In the Tax department, you participate in shaping opportunities – from new projects and international topics to complex matters. You work closely with all departments to develop legally compliant and practical tax solutions. In doing so, you keep an eye not only on legal requirements but also on the bigger picture.

In the Group Accounting and Financial Reporting department, you are responsible for preparing meaningful financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS. You work in an interdisciplinary manner and are involved early on in various business transactions, such as corporate acquisitions, for the purpose of accounting assessment. In addition to financial reporting, you also contribute to the preparation of the management report, the remuneration report, and the sustainability report. You serve as a competent point of contact for all internal stakeholders as well as the external auditor.

In the Corporate Finance & Controlling department, you will play an active role in shaping our financial strategy. You will manage liquidity for both day-to-day business and the expansion of our investment portfolio. In doing so, you will optimize the capital structure and implement tailor-made financing measures. As part of risk management, you will keep a close eye on financial developments and risks and develop targeted measures. In the context of transactions and financial reporting, you will evaluate our investments. You will also work on company-wide strategic issues to lay the foundations for the strategic development of Porsche SE.

In the Corporate Communications department, you communicate Porsche SE’s strategy credibly, in a target group-oriented and media-effective manner. You develop communication concepts and shape key topics at the interface between the public and the company. With your work, you strengthen trust in Porsche SE and shape the company’s public image.

In the IT department, you will shape the sustainable digitalization of our business processes. You will use artificial intelligence for automation, design the digital workplace, and implement secure data solutions. In doing so, you will create the technological foundation for strategic decisions and drive forward the digital future of Porsche SE.

In the Human Resources & Organisation department, you shape a corporate culture that puts people at the centre. You promote teams and talent with strategic vision, personal proximity, and a strong network. Throughout the entire employee experience cycle, you support and accompany our employees, serving as a competent contact for all HR-related questions. In this way, you lay the foundation for top performance and actively support Porsche SE through change.

In the Investor Relations department, you will act as the interface between us and the capital market. You will be responsible for professional, transparent, and compliant communication with external stakeholders – particularly institutional and private shareholders as well as analysts. You will prepare financial figures and company developments in an easily understandable way, coordinate roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, and thus make a crucial contribution to the long-term, consistent, and trustworthy capital market communication of Porsche SE.
